SHIPPING,REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on www.tribeofvibes.com, operated by SHIZZLE FILM AND DESIGN. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.

1. Shipping Policy

  • We deliver orders to most locations within India, and can be checked with our pincode locater on the product pages.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after confirmation of payment terms.
  • Delivery timelines are between 5-7 days, but are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

2. Returns Policy

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products eligible for return must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Personalised, customised, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used, altered, or not in its original condition.

3. Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the return has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction. For COD orders, customers need to present a UPI ID.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 days.
  • In cases of failed delivery or order cancellation, refunds will be initiated within 7 days from the date of confirmation.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
  • Duplicate payments or transaction failures may be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. The customer may refer to the Returns Policy instead.

5. Exchange Policy

You can request for exchange or replacement within 2 days of delivery. The exchange or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.
